Sparkling
Lunatica
By Caudrina, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A white Brut sparkling wine made from the red Albarossa grape.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow. Fresh, pleasantly fruity with citrus notes. Fine bubbles that bind well to the palate; slightly off-dry thanks to about 6 g/l of residual sugar balanced by good acidity. Good structure, typical of red-grape wines vinified white; persistent.
Pairs well with
Ideal as an aperitif or with raw meat or vegetable-salad starters; the bubbles and acidity work well with cured meats.
