Tasting notes
Pale gold. Complex, with candied fruit, vanilla and light spice, and a surprising harmony between aromatic and oak notes. Sweet, full, with good consistency and structure and great length.
Pairs well with
A meditation wine. Ideal with foie gras, aged and blue cheeses; also spoon desserts, dry pastries and hazelnut cakes.

- 2 ha, 100% Moscato Bianco, planted 1968, 5000 vines per hectare, 320 m altitude, 35-40% slope, hilly
- Vinification
- After the grapes are dried, they are pressed and the must, after a first racking, ferments with selected yeasts at about 15 C until about 12 degrees of alcohol. The clean, filtered wine then ages in barriques for about 18 months with minimal renewed fermentation, and rests about 6 months in bottle.
