A sweet Asti spumante first made in 1993, carrying a label given by the grappa maker Romano Levi.
Tasting notes
Abundant, fine foam with persistent perlage. Deep straw yellow, almost golden. Aromatic, complex and intense. Sweet, pleasantly acidic, with a very persistent aroma; full-bodied, round and velvety.
Pairs well with
A dessert wine that pairs with strawberries, amaretto-stuffed peaches, tarts and hazelnut cakes.

- 2.5 ha, Moscato, planted 1975, 5000 vines per hectare, 280 m altitude, hilly
- Vinification
- Hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and the must is clarified and filtered, then kept in refrigerated tanks until it is processed in autoclave with selected yeasts at controlled temperature, giving a naturally lightly sparkling wine. The process is the same for all the estate's Moscato wines; the character differs by vineyard of origin.
