A Moscato d'Asti from a second cru, first made with the 1989 vintage, fuller and more persistent than La Caudrina.
Tasting notes
Deep straw yellow, almost golden. Aromatic, complex and intense. Sweet and pleasantly acidic, with a very persistent aroma; full-bodied, round and velvety. Naturally lightly sparkling.
Pairs well with
A dessert wine that pairs with strawberries, amaretto-stuffed peaches, tarts and hazelnut cakes.

- Vinification
- Hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and the must is clarified and filtered, then kept in refrigerated tanks until it is processed in autoclave with selected yeasts at controlled temperature, giving a naturally lightly sparkling wine. The process is the same for all the estate's Moscato wines; the character differs by vineyard of origin.
