Tarsivo is a Moscato Spumante produced by the estate.
Tasting notes
Bright pale straw yellow with slight golden reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Fragrant and pleasant nose of walnut husk, ripe apricot, candied fruit and raisins. Full, structured and harmonious, moderately sweet, with a persistent finish rich in fruity aromas.

- Vinification
- Made from selected grapes of the old Moscato vineyard, the sparkling version of the late harvest. Pressing after several hours on the skins, fermentation at controlled temperature, second fermentation in autoclave for 90 days, cold stabilisation and microfiltration.
