A Pas Dose (zero dosage) classic method sparkling wine from Moscato grapes, also called Brut Nature by the producer, first made in 2019.
Tasting notes
Brilliant, medium-intensity straw yellow with an evident mousse and fine, persistent bubbles. Clean, broad nose of bread crust, aromatic notes, honey and white acacia flowers. Full and savoury on the palate, with a persistent, pleasant finish.

- Classic method, Pas Dosé (zero dosage). Cold maceration on the skins for a few hours, then pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature for about 90 days. Second fermentation in bottle with at least 24 months on the lees.
