Sparkling
Alta Langa
By Cascina Fonda, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
A blanc de noir Alta Langa DOCG made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, produced with the classic (traditional) method as an Extra Brut.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with golden reflections and an intense mousse with fine, persistent bubbles. Clean, broad nose of bread crust, yeast and dried fruit, with some floral notes. Full, rich and savoury on the palate, with good acidity and a creamy texture from the fine mousse, and a long, aromatic finish.
