Tasting notes
Lively, bright ruby red. Vinous, fragrant nose with intense notes of white pepper and spice, and wild berries. Fresh on the palate, lightly tannic and lively, with a white pepper aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Cured meats, medium aged cheeses, hearty first courses.
