The youngest of the estate's Nebbiolo wines, Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo DOC with a brief pass through French oak; about 13.5% ABV and roughly 6,500 bottles in 2022.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red. Intense, fragrant nose of blackberry and redcurrant, tea rose and violet. Intense on the palate with a light tannic structure, a note of alfalfa on the retronasal finish, and good persistence.
Pairs well with
Dressed pasta dishes, cured meats, roasts.

- Must ferments in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days; malolactic fermentation in oak the following spring; 6 months in 50 hl French oak barrels.
