Cascina Cà Nova Rugiada

Colline Novaresi Bianco DOC made from 100% Erbaluce, Alto Piemonte's signature white grape; about 12.5% ABV and roughly 2,200 bottles in 2024.

Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow. White flowers, ripe yellow fruit and the variety's characteristic almond note. Fresh on the palate, mineral tones, a classic almond finish and good persistence.

Pairs well with

Fried food, fish, medium aged cheeses and white meats; excellent as an aperitif.
