Sparkling
Jad'or
By Cascina Cà Nova, Alto Piemonte, Piemonte, Italy
Metodo classico sparkling wine made from 100% Erbaluce; about 13% ABV and roughly 5,000 bottles from the 2023 harvest.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden highlights, fine and creamy mousse with a fine, persistent perlage. Delicate, fragrant nose of fresh fruit and white flowers over a base of bread crust. Lively and appealing on the palate, with good body and softness.
Pairs well with
Fish based starters, fried food, soft cheeses, savoury flans; excellent as an aperitif.
