A rosé vinification of the estate's Nebbiolo, Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo DOC; about 13% ABV and roughly 2,800 bottles in 2024.
Tasting notes
Pale pink. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, pear and violet. Fresh and balanced on the palate, mineral, persistent, with a delicate red fruit aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Raw fish, marinated fish, pasta with white sauces.

- Acidic, mineral, clayey soil with deposits of glacial origin.

- South east/south west facing, about 300 m altitude, guyot trained, about 1.5 kg of grapes per plant.
- Harvest
- Late September (2024 vintage).
- Vineyard planting
- Planted in 2000.
- Vinification
- Macerated on the skins for about 24 hours, then pressed with about 90 minutes of skin contact to reach the pink colour; the must is then drawn off and fermented at about 15°C; no malolactic fermentation; bottled in February 2025 after 5 months in stainless steel.
