A single-variety Chardonnay from south-facing vineyards in Canelli. It began as a Monferrato Bianco from Favorita and Chardonnay.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden hints; white flowers, pear, golden apple, passion fruit, lychee and flint. Fresh, well structured, with a savoury finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitif or a full fish meal; local starters such as insalata russa and vitello tonnato; pasta with vegetable sauces, pumpkin soup, savoury tarts.
