Moscato from Canelli vineyards in the typical zone, labelled with the Canelli sub-zone since 2011. Sweet and lightly sparkling, 5.5% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections; acacia flowers, sage, melon and white peach. Sweet, lively and creamy, with delicate effervescence.
Pairs well with
Hazelnut cake, dry pastries and spoon desserts; also savoury dishes such as liver, oysters, sushi and curry.
