Roero Arneis DOCG from Castellinaldo, 100% Arneis, 13% ABV, aged in steel for 4 to 5 months.
Tasting notes
Still, bright pale straw yellow with delicate notes of hawthorn, acacia, apple and sweet almond. Elegant and soft, with good freshness and savouriness, a long finish and balsamic hints.
Pairs well with
Starters, light first courses, fish and seafood, goat cheese, aubergine parmigiana.

- Vineyard planting
- Vines 15 to 40 years old on average. Guyot. Yield 100 quintals per hectare. Low-yield vineyard care with frequent cleaning, green pruning, thinning and minimal chemical treatments.
- Vinification
- Selected Arneis is gently pressed and the free-run juice ferments in steel at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Ageing 4 to 5 months in steel at low temperature, then cold stabilisation and bottling. Low total sulphites.

- Store horizontally in a cool, damp place at about 15 °C, away from direct sunlight.
