A still white Vino Bianco from the estate's Gavi-area vineyards in Capriata d'Orba, Francavilla and San Cristoforo, at 11.5% ABV.
Tasting notes
Still, pale straw yellow. Delicate floral notes, in particular linden and lavender. Fresh, slightly savoury on the palate, with an intense, balanced finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs and brunch; throughout the meal with fish and vegetable first and second courses, soups, white meats, delicate cured meats (lardo, sweet ham, cooked salami) and fresh or short-aged soft and stretched-curd cheeses.

- Vines 15 to 40 years old on average. Guyot-trained, low yield per hectare, with frequent cleaning, green pruning, selective thinning and minimal chemical treatments.
- Vinification
- Grapes from the estate vineyards are picked at optimal ripeness and vinified in the traditional white way. The must ferments in steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Low total sulphites.
