Moscato d'Asti DOCG from 45 to 55 year old vines at Santo Stefano Belbo, 5.5% ABV.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with greenish highlights and a fine bead. Refined floral and fruity notes, notably orange blossom and aromatic herbs such as lemon balm. Delicately complex, fragrant and fresh, with a lingering, balanced finish.
Pairs well with
The typical hazelnut desserts of the Langhe; in summer, fruit salad and fresh fruit.

- Vines 45 to 55 years old on average. Guyot. Yield 95 quintals per hectare. Low-yield vineyard care with frequent cleaning, green pruning, thinning and minimal chemical treatments.
- Vinification
- Selected Moscato from the Santo Stefano Belbo vineyard is gently pressed, and the free-run must is fermented naturally in steel tanks (autoclave on the Italian page) for about a month.
