A Timorasso from Berzano di Tortona and Volpeglino, 100% Derthona, 14% ABV, fermented and rested on lees in steel for about 10 months.
Tasting notes
Still, intense yellow with greenish highlights; fine floral and fruity nose of acacia flower, peach and pear. Well balanced and persistent, fresh and savoury with good acidity. After 2 to 3 years in bottle, mineral notes become more marked.
Pairs well with
Raw meat (beef tartare), cured meats and cheese, cold and hot starters, first courses, white meats.

- Vineyard planting
- Vines more than 7 years old. Guyot. Yield 70 quintals per hectare. Low-yield vineyard care with frequent cleaning, green pruning, thinning and minimal chemical treatments.
- Vinification
- Grapes are destemmed and cold-macerated on the skins for 2 to 3 days, then gently pressed. The free-run must ferments in steel tanks with periodic lees stirring (batonnage) for about 10 months in total.

- Store away from light in a cool, damp place at about 15 °C.
