A single-vineyard Gavi DOCG from Le Parodine in Capriata d'Orba, 100% Cortese, 12% ABV.
Tasting notes
Still, pale straw yellow with delicate floral and fruity notes of linden and grapefruit, with a hint of flint. Delicately complex, fresh and savoury, with a balanced, lingering finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs and brunch; first and second courses of fish and vegetables, soups, white meats, carpione-style dishes, delicate cured meats, fresh or short-aged soft and stretched-curd cheeses. Prosciutto and melon.

- Vineyard planting
- Vines 10 to 15 years old on average. Guyot. Yield 95 quintals per hectare. Low-yield vineyard care with frequent cleaning, green pruning, thinning and minimal chemical treatments.
- Vinification
- Cortese from the single Le Parodine vineyard is hand-picked at ripeness, gently pressed, and the free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Low total sulphites.

- Store horizontally in a cool, damp place at about 15 °C, away from direct sunlight.
