Cantina Produttori del Gavi Maddalena

Gavi del Comune di Gavi named after the Maddalena district, from white marl soils. About 12,000 bottles a year; first vintage 1999.

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Peach, acacia flowers and honey on the nose. Good minerality, balanced and fresh on the palate, pleasantly dry at the finish with broad shoulders.

Pairs well with

Fish, cheeses up to red meats, thanks to its structure.
