Gavi DOCG from older vines on red alluvial clay, held at least 8 months on the lees. About 11,000 bottles a year; first vintage 2006.

Tasting notes

Intense straw yellow. The nose opens on buttery notes, then pear, peach, mandarin and flint, delicate yet very intense. Fresh, powerful, long and persistent on the palate.

Pairs well with

Starters, soups and light first courses, white and red meats, fish, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
