The barrique-fermented Gavi of the range, with weekly bâtonnage. About 6,000 bottles a year; first vintage 2000.

Tasting notes

Very intense straw yellow. Flint, vanilla and toasted, lightly spiced notes on the nose. Elegant, soft and long on the palate with a good backbone.

Pairs well with

Starters and light first courses, white meat and fish, fresh and aged cheeses.

Vinification
Fermentation at 12 to 15°C for 6 to 8 days, then the second phase of fermentation in barriques. At least 5 months in stainless steel on the fine lees, then 5 to 7 months in oak barriques with weekly bâtonnage, and 3 months in bottle.
