The cooperative's largest Gavi del Comune di Gavi, about 60,000 bottles a year; first vintage 1980.

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Acacia flowers, broom, pear, passion fruit and pineapple on the nose. Savoury, long, fresh and elegant on the palate, robust with a good acid backbone.

Pairs well with

Aperitif, light first courses, white meat, fish and cheeses.
