Lightly sparkling white from Cortese, refermented in autoclave. About 10,000 bottles a year; first vintage 1985.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with a hint of fine perlage. Fruity nose with apple and peach. Harmonious, fresh and of medium intensity on the palate, very easy to drink.

Pairs well with

Aperitif with starters, then fish dishes, cakes and desserts.
