Brut Charmat sparkling wine from Cortese. About 14,000 bottles a year; first vintage 1997.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with a fine perlage. Apple, yellow peach and a touch of acacia flower on the nose. Harmonious and fresh on the palate, of good intensity.

Pairs well with

Aperitif with starters, then cakes and desserts; also suited to a whole meal.
