Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with greenish glints. Fresh and delicate, with notes of chamomile, almond and a light honeyed sweetness.
Pairs well with
Appetisers or fish, or simply on its own as an aperitif.

- Vinification
- The must is settled in tank for twelve hours at 8°C for natural clarification, then ferments at a controlled 16 to 18°C. After fermentation the wine is racked before bottling, with a minimum of three months in bottle.
