Red
'L Sambù
By Cà Neuva, Dogliani, Piemonte, Italy
Dogliani DOCG 'L Sambù, 100% Dolcetto from vines planted in 1980 on calcareous clay, south-facing soil, a structured style typical of Dogliani's Dolcetto.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red with purple overtones. Intense, wine-like and fruity on the nose; full-bodied on the palate, slightly tannic, soft and captivating.
Pairs well with
Red meats in general and mature cheeses.
