Bitter notes with harmonious, delicate and persistent floral tones.
Pairs well with
Aperitif or digestive; also a base for mixed drinks (served neat over ice with lemon peel, as Hill Tonic with tonic water, or as Hill Royale with mint, lime and Ca' de Lion Brut).
