Tasting notes
Slightly pink, creamy, fleeting mousse with fine, continuous bubbles. Orange-tinged pink colour with bright reflections. Changing, fruity aroma with hints of bread crust and toasted hazelnut. Soft on the palate, with good complexity and persistence.
