Tasting notes
Ruby red. Spicy notes of tobacco, black pepper and vanilla, followed by ripe cherry and wild berry fruit. Dry on the palate with marked tannin and a slightly bitter finish.
Pairs well with
Elaborate main courses, red meat, kid, braises and game, long-aged and blue cheeses.
