- Vineyard planting
- Grapes come from an old vineyard planted in the 1950s and from a more recent one. Because of the altitude and the late ripening of the variety, particularly heavy thinning is needed.
- Vinification
- Grapes are picked and pressed immediately and go straight to fermentation. After a long maceration the wine is drawn off and racked, then aged partly in steel and partly in barriques for at least a year.
- Serving temperature
- 16 to 18 C
