A Dolcetto d'Asti named for grandfather Pierino, born in 1924, 12 to 13% vol., released in May to June.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet reflections. Fruity notes of cherry and raspberry. Dry on the palate with evident tannin and good structure.
Pairs well with
Suited to the whole meal, ideal with antipasti, first courses and white meats.
