- Canelli DOCG zone, a small area across 18 communes; the estate has made its Moscato d'Asti as Canelli DOCG since the 2019 vintage. The climate effects of altitude and vineyard exposure are credited for the aromas.

- Very old vines, heroic agriculture on steep slopes (up to 100% inclination) with steps cut into the stone cliff faces.
- Vinification
- Grapes are picked after careful selection and pressed at once. After a short fermentation and the sparkling (presa di spuma) step, it is ready for bottling.
