Thou Bianc

Chardonnay with a small share of Timorasso from the white marl soils of Bricco della Pieve, made in steel.
Tasting notes
Orange blossom, acacia, linden, banana and honey. Dry, fine and fruity, without barrique. Best in the first five years after bottling; from 2024 a small share of Timorasso adds savouriness.

- Chardonnay and Timorasso are harvested and pressed separately. The must is cooled overnight, fermented under temperature control without malolactic, then rests on the lees in steel until bottling in late spring.
