Bava Serre di San Pietro

Nebbiolo replanted at the end of the 1990s on the Cadodo hill in Cocconato, aged 10 months in 15 hl barrels.

Tasting notes

Bright ruby red. Violet and wild rose petals, blackcurrant and cherry, with spice from the wood. Silky tannins, balanced structure, balsamic freshness and a long finish.
