Sweet
Bass Tuba
By Bava, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
Low-alcohol, sweet Moscato d'Asti from higher, cooler Alta Langa vineyards, fermented in steel.
Tasting notes
Strongly aromatic, with a bouquet of flowers and fruit. The palate is intense, sweet and persistent with balanced acidity, and fine bubbles add to the elegance.
Pairs well with
Desserts at the end of a meal, such as dry pastries, tarts and almond cakes; also as a chilled drink or in cocktails and sorbet
