Complex, elegant, garnet. Tobacco, rose and violet that refine over time, with an enveloping palate and sweet tannins.

- Ripe grapes fermented in large 53 hl vats built from Fontainebleau oak, with long maceration, pump-overs, manual punching down and an 18-hour delestage. After a 48-hour rest in steel the wine returns to wood for 30 months.
