Sweet sparkling rosé from red Malvasia grapes of the upper Asti hills, made by Bava since the late 1970s.
Tasting notes
Cherry-rose colour with purplish to orange nuances. Intense bouquet of rose and strawberry. Pleasantly sweet, creamy palate with light tannins.

- Two days of cold maceration before pressing. The must settles naturally and is held cold in steel tanks until fermentation, sometimes months before bottling. No bottle ageing needed.
