Bava Rosingana

Albarossa, the Nebbiolo x Barbera crossing, grown at Rosingana in Cocconato since 2008 and aged in steel.

Tasting notes

Deep, intense red. Fresh, fruity nose of red fruit compote. Strong, enveloping palate with sweet tannins recalling Barbera and the strength of Nebbiolo.

Pairs well with

Brown stock or truffle risotto, red meats and cheese
