Bava Alta Langa

Bava's traditional-method Alta Langa, half Pinot Noir and half Chardonnay from San Donato di Mango, 60 months on the lees.

Tasting notes

Pale straw with greenish highlights. Wildflowers, hawthorn, broom and acacia on the nose with subtle herbal notes. Gentle calcareous salinity and white pepper on the palate, finishing on Mediterranean herbs, with a fine mousse.
