Bava Relais Bianc

Sauvignon Blanc from the white marl soils of Bricco della Pieve in Cocconato, aged ten months on the lees in steel.

Tasting notes

Apricot, pineapple, rosewood, gooseberry, iris, fresh mint and citrus peel. Creamy and fresh on the palate with balanced acidity and savouriness. Best two or three years after bottling.

Soft pressing, then the must clears overnight at cold temperature before fermentation. Aged on the lees for ten months in steel, with no wood.
