Commune Barolo from vineyards entirely in Castiglione Falletto, refined in 50 hl oak vats.

Tasting notes

Garnet red, never too strong. Bouquet of spices, violet, cocoa and truffle, with marked tannins that soften with age.

Vinification
Harvested late, when tannins are softer. Fermentation with about 15 days of maceration in the vats, malolactic right after. From the end of winter the wine refines in 50-hectolitre oak vats. Bottled in summer.
