Barbaresco from a single Nebbiolo vineyard in Neive, matured over two years in oak.
Tasting notes
Medium-intensity ruby red with garnet reflections. Floral nose with wild rose, raspberry and cinnamon. Dry on the palate with balanced tannin and notes of vanilla, leather, tobacco and green tea leaves. Alcohol 14% vol.
Pairs well with
Flavourful red meats and cheeses; also a meditation wine.
