A single vineyard Arneis Riserva from the Sru cru in Canale, aged on its fine lees in steel for a year before release.
Tasting notes
Bright, intense straw yellow. Bouquet of white flowers and white currant, with pineapple, pear and citrus notes, later joined by hints of sage and mint. Firm, solid, warm attack with a long finish and a pleasant mineral note.
Pairs well with
Piemontese starters, pasta with vegetable sauces, fish risotto, grilled fish.

- Vinification
- Destemmed, then cold macerated on the skins with dry ice for 24 hours before soft pressing, followed by slow, cool fermentation. Aged about 12 months in steel at low temperature with frequent batonnage; released around 24 months after harvest.

- Storage
- Ready for sale after about 24 months from harvest. Excellent to drink in the years to come.
