A varietal Favorita, an old white grape the estate notes arrived in Piemonte along the Via del Sale salt trading route.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Delicate bouquet of fresh fruit and summer white flowers, with jasmine, banana and exotic fruit notes. Fresh, full and fairly structured.
Pairs well with
Vegetable pinzimonio, light pasta dishes, grilled fish. Good as an aperitif.
