Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet reflections, with hints of rose, small fruit and a delicate vegetal note. Fresh and slightly lively on the palate, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste from a fine tannic weave.

- Vinification
- De-stemming and crushing, then maceration for 5 to 7 days with about 10% whole bunches (depending on the vintage), fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. A short second fermentation in autoclave before bottling gives a lightly lively wine. No ageing.
