Cerasuolo rosé colour with fresh floral notes and small red fruit. Perfectly integrated on the palate, with clean freshness.

- Vinification
- After de-stemming and crushing, the must stays in contact with the skins for a few hours. Once it reaches the desired colour it is fermented at low temperature. No ageing.
