Tasting notes
Bright, fresh cherry red from the red Barbera base (not white wine with caramel). The red wine taste stays present, with a harmony of bitter, sweet and herbal notes.
Pairs well with
Neat, chilled or on ice as aperitif or digestif, with an orange peel; in cocktails.
