Tasting notes

Delicate aromas of rose, raspberry, vanilla and spices. Full-bodied and sweetish, round tannins and a long aftertaste.

Pairs well with

On its own, or with risotto, grilled meat, lamb, steak-frites, game, cheese, tuna and pasta.
