A barrel-aged Cortese, "Gold in the Mouth" in Piedmontese, matured in small oak and acacia barrels.
Tasting notes
Clear, soft golden yellow with silver brightness. Floral nose with subtle vanilla, fresh and fruity with pleasant minerality; tropical fruit and citrus emerge gradually. Round and fruity, soft and delicate with body from light spiciness and good acidity.
Pairs well with
Shellfish, white fish or poultry with sauces; also various cheeses.
